Privacy policy
This site has one form and nothing else that collects anything. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies, no embedded third-party content.

Who is responsible for your data
Parlay is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@parlaycontent.com about anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form, and only if you send it. That is your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to put in the company, markets, volume and message fields. The company, markets and volume fields are optional.
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no heatmaps, no session recording. There are no cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Nothing is embedded from another site, so nothing third-party is watching you read this.
Why we have it, and on what basis
To answer your enquiry, and to carry on that conversation if it turns into work. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with our legitimate interest in replying to someone who contacted us about a service.
We will not add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
Who else sees it
The form is handled by Formspree, which receives your submission and forwards it to our email. They process it on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. Our email provider stores the message after that.
Nothing is sold, rented or shared with anyone else. Your enquiry is not passed to any other supplier, partner or advertiser.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within 12 months. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept for as long as the working relationship lasts and for six years afterwards, so that there is a record of what was agreed. That is our retention policy rather than a legal requirement we are quoting at you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will act on it. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.
If you are covered by a data protection regime that gives you a right of complaint, such as the GDPR, and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can take it to the relevant supervisory authority.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting platform rather than by anything on this site, and are used for security and to keep the site running.
Changes to this policy
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. The site is small enough that the policy should rarely need to.
